Imagine Title Services, LLC is a small-town title services company that specializes in
serving the incredibly demanding needs of mortgage brokers, realtors, banks and credit
unions. Our customers rely on us to not only provide title insurance, but to solve title
problems that would otherwise become obstacles to their sales.
Technology is No Substitute for Customer Service
Of course, we use lots of technology. Many of today’s title companies do. Unlike the
“big guys,” we DON’T hide behind automated phone systems, websites and layers of management.
Our customers tell us that when they need answers, they need them right away. Leaving a
voice mail is no substitute for a conversation with an expert. It comforts them and their
customers to know that they have direct access to our best people, 7 days a week.

Laurie Bradley

Born and raised in rural Norwalk (St. Mary’s Ridge) on a dairy farm, Laurie has always been a farm girl at heart. She graduated from Brookwood High School in 1979 and started in the abstracting business the same year. In 1988, she went to Monroe County Soil Conservation working up farm plans for the Monroe County farmers. In 1990, she began working in the Monroe County Register of Deeds Office as a recording clerk. Three years later, she opened Bradley-Oswald Title Services, Inc. in Sparta, Wisconsin with a partner. In 2005, she went out on my own and started Bradley Title Services, Inc. out of her home office in Norwalk. The move to Imagine Title Services is very exciting for her and she looks forward to serving all of your Title Insurance needs. Laurie has three beautiful daughters: Sarah, a social worker for Family Resources of Monroe County; Cassie, a student at WWTC in LaCrosse for Child Care Development in the hopes of opening her own day care center in the Norwalk-Wilton area; and Christy, a sophomore in high school and keeps me very busy with her sports; and one grandson, Noah, the love of my life.

Karen Neumann

Born in the rural Norwalk, Wisconsin area, Karen has lived there all of her life. She married her husband, James (nicknamed "Stub), 25 years ago. They have three great kids: Sara, Emy, and Bud; 2 of which are college graduates (Sara-Accounting and Bud-Diesel Mechanic) and one more year to go for Emy-Agriculture. They live on a 120-acre hobby farm and raise beef. Karen’s husband retired from 31 years of service to Mathy Construction Company of Onalaska in 2008 and is now farming full time. She has worked in the title business with Laurie since 2006. Karen has taken various college courses over the years and became a First Responder in 1990. She loves the challenge and the work involved in the Title Insurance business. She plans to be here for many years to come.

Born and raised in Winona, Minnesota, Jason moved to the La Crosse, Wisconsin area in 1995. Before starting River Funding Corporation and Imagine Title Services, Jason gained a wealth of experience working for a global finance company for several years and managing a mortgage company based in Onalaska, Wisconsin. In his free time, Jason enjoys hockey, softball, racquetball, reading, and most of all, spending time with his wonderful wife, Gayle. He also officiates youth and high school hockey and participates in a men's hockey league. As a loan officer, Jason learned what to expect (and what not to expect) from a mortgage banker and a title company. He knows that price is an important factor in determining whom to do business with, but exceptional customer service is even more important.

Joe Sexton

Joe was born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, but considers Viroqua, Wisconsin his hometown. Joe's interest in commerce and sales started at the age of 10 by selling garden seeds door to door for the American Seed Company. Many sales jobs, 42 months in the U.S. Air Force and 4 years later, Joe received a Marketing degree from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse. In 1983, Joe co-founded a direct mail software company called Postalsoft. There, Joe learned the art and science of business to business sales while studying the Solution Selling methodology under Michael Bosworth, Solution Selling's founder and a few of his early associates. Joe's wife Rhonda is described by his son Joey III as the calming Yin to Joe's raging Yang. In fact, they've been successful partners in life and various businesses for the last 29 years.
